Carne asada, al pastor, and lengua are solid picks. I also like the cebollitas (green onion side) The outdoor seating is nice, with a fence and roof, closed off from outside and protected from rain. The place literally like 10 feet away from the BART elevator exit. We were lucky to find street parking pretty nearby, like 2 blocks away ”

It was a little crazy on the outside and we actually thought we may have gone to the wrong place but were pleasantly surprised with the quality despite the outside image. We sat in the back area which was open and nice. ”

We ordered 3 tacos, the Al pastor, Carne Asada, and cabeza, and it came out to around $14 after tax. Not that $14 is ground breaking for street tacos, but these tacos were huge and piled high with protein, so well worth the money spent. We didn't get a plate to try, but we saw lots of people eating those and they were also pretty massive. While the tacos were good, they weren't my favorite ones of the day. I recently tired cabeza for the first time and loved it, but this one was miss for me, my boyfriend even said it tasted a little off. The Al pastor and Carne Asada were better, with the al pastor being my favorite of the 3. This spot is right next to a big intersection and bus stop so it was a little chaotic trying to enter, and then super crowded inside too, but they have a decent sized patio in the back which was much more peaceful. They are cash only, though they do have an atm if you forgot/don't carry that cash money on you. ”

The entrance itself is easy to miss, but it's located right next to the El Farolito Bar along Mission St. They were pretty busy when we arrived, but service was quick and we got our food within 15-20 min. This is a cash only place so just need to keep that in mind before coming here! There is some indoor seating with tables and chairs, but we just got our orders to go. We didn't find out until later that they don't provide napkins with to-go orders, so next time would ask for those or just bring our own. Super Burrito with Al Pastor ($9.99, 4/5) - Super filling! Lasted me two meals. Ton of ingredients inside, pretty standard combination with rice, bean salsa, sour cream cheese, avocado, and meat. - Great deal for its price - Sauces and salsa paired well with the burrito Would come back again if I'm ever in the area! ”

The speed with which they make food is insane and such smooth service. Other restaurants better take notes. It's very popular so you might have to find your seat or wait for some time. Ambience is definitely not of a Michelin star but who wants that anyway, when you can have such good food without burning a hole in your pocket. ”
